Holy Love Experience Reiki Session, I was not feeling the best in my body when I booked a session with Lizsolette. I recall at one point during the session tears rolled gently down my cheek; as I felt the energy of love envelope my heart and lungs reminding me of how loved I am. With this I experienced a physical release which resulted in my being able to take even deeper breaths, and my heart was beating in a rhythmic flow of peace. But Lizso reassured me that I would have a great session as Reiki does not require physical touch or being in the same area. I was blown away at how relaxed I felt during my session. I was experiencing pain in my right shoulder and during my session I felt tension leave my body. That evening after our session I slept like a baby.
